I'm Jessie Winter and I write contemporary romantic suspense. I live and write with my two dogs in Austin, Texas, as well as the occasional overnight doggy visitor. After growing up and spending my first 29 years in Alaska, I've decided the climate of Central Texas is much more appealing than the snow and ice of cold country!
I'm currently working on a series that takes place in Austin. It's a detective/mystery with a little bit of romance thrown in. The heroine is a private detective and the hero is a transplanted NYC cop, now working for the Austin Police Department.
I expect the first book, Black Angel, to be published in the fall of 2015, so stay tuned!
